Many of the outputs of GEO BON activities are meant to be policy relevant, by supporting the reporting needs of national
governments as well as policy bodies such as the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) and the Intergovernmental
Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES).

as the text of the interventions given by the GEO BON delegations at the various meetings of policy bodies. Since 2017,
this work relies on the engagement and contributions of the Policy Task Force.
