You might find it difficult to oversee the many activities going on within the actually fast growing and developing GEO BON network. This newsletter might help you out a bit and give you an impression about the diversity of activities within our network. GEO BON has entered the hot phase to prepare for the GEO Plenary in Mexico in November 2015 and we are looking out for the GEO BON conference in 2016.
At the same time, several new projects have been approved to develop the GWOS (project SWOS) and the EBVs (Globis-B and ECOPOTENTIAL). Other projects are close being approved with GEO BON partners and will bring BON in a Box and also other GEO BON products forward. Our new website is online – still incomplete, but it will grow fast and we aim to keep you updated on developments there. Actually, it’s really a fascinating time in GEO BON, when things are moving in the right direction.
