For many years, Lake Quaron has been considered as one of the main national blue economy income sources in Egypt. Nowadays, the Lake suffers from several destructive anthropogenic problems that lead to loosing of fish stocks and supporting ecosystem. One of these main problems is the outbreak of isopod parasites that ruled on fish stocks and hinder any future ecosystem recovery processes in the lake. However, neither convenient ideas nor concepts have been submitted, from governmental and scientific communities to stop spread of this pandemic parasite in Lake Quaron. I collected expertise from different fields, in order to find economic solutions, able to get rid of isopodosis phenomenon in the lake. Our plan divided into three approaches. The first approach depends on field survey and experimental studying the biology, ecology and life cycle of isopod in order to understand what are the environmental and fish attractive tools that stimulate isopod infection (parasite/host relationship). The second approach will utilize gene finger print technology in monitoring and evaluation of isopod species biodiversity and biogeography along the Lake. In the third approach, different concepts of parasite controls will be hired to get rid of isopods; these include environmental controls, biological controls and some industrial applications of isopod biomass.
